Chris McMasters (AKA Chris Clutch) is a self-proclaimed, heavy hitting mix & mastering engineer with only two goals in mind: Bringing his clients' musical works and visions to life, while achieving the highest level of musical clarity sonically possible.
Trained and educated at the University of Colorado, Denver (UCD) with a bachelor's degree in science of music & sound recording technology. Combined with thousands of practice and rehearsal hours with drums and percussion, Chris aims to become recognised as a “goat engineer” in the music industry armed with the training and drive to do so.
With four years of professional experience recording, mixing and mastering Chris doesn’t see an end to this musical journey anytime soon. Humbly asking for the privilege and responsibility of working with you at the highest possible degree he can offer.

Paul Bailey

Paul Bailey is a seasoned audio engineer, originally hailing from the Detroit area. After attending the Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences, he began his journey at the songwriter-centric 4th Street Recording studio in Santa Monica, CA, where he honed his skills as an intern and trainee.
Paul's career trajectory saw him progress from Runner to Desk, to Assistant, and eventually to Engineer at the Paramount/Ameraycan/Encore chain of studios. His talent and dedication soon caught the attention of Atlantic Records and Warner Music, where he spent nearly 15 years as a staff engineer. During this period, Paul worked with a roster of renowned artists, including Sean Paul, Charlie XCX, David Guetta, and many others.
With a wealth of experience working alongside top artists, songwriters, and producers, Paul is eager to bring his expertise to your next project.

Eric has worked with many genres in both a production and engineering capacity, but has had the most experience with pop, rap, r&b and EDM. He’s been fortunate to work on songs with people like: Travis Scott, YG, Wiz Khalifa, Schoolboy Q, Safaree, Philly Swain, Beezy, Georgia Reign, and Leon Thomas.
His goal in every session is to make sure that the artist’s vision can come to life exactly as they imagined it - and to find simple and unexpected ways to make it even better. The fluidity of his sessions make collaboration effortless and fun, while his attention to every small detail ensures that artists have the freedom and confidence to focus all their energy on what they do.

James gained experience at several San Diego studios, including Studio West and Signature Sound, and served as Chief Audio Engineer at Sonic-Rocket for over two years.
In 2022, he relocated to Los Angeles and began working in ADR dubbing for major platforms such as Disney+, Netflix, HBO, Hulu, and Amazon Prime. He also became active in the local music scene, contributing to projects at renowned studios like NRG Recording.
James’ work spans genres from pop punk to hip-hop to reggae and includes voiceover and audiobook productions. As a drummer, pianist, and vocalist, he brings strong musical intuition and a deep passion for artist development.
