Overnight Recording Studio in LA

Right now, your best ideas arrive at midnight and nowhere is open. You track vocals in your bedroom with a laptop and a borrowed mic, then spend the next day fighting thin sound and street noise you cannot edit out. Daytime studios are booked or out of your budget, and the ones that are open charge a premium the moment the sun goes down. So the song sits unfinished, again.

Now picture the opposite. It is 1am and you are the only person in a treated, soundproofed room in Los Angeles. The vocal chain is warm, the monitors are honest, and you have the whole night to chase the take until it is right. No rush, no daytime crowd, no daytime price. When the sun comes up you walk out with real recordings instead of a rough phone memo. That is what an overnight session at UNION Recording Studio is built to be.

COSMO room set up for an overnight recording session at UNION in Los Angeles

The cheapest overnight studio rate in LA: $13 per hour

Here is how UNION bridges the gap. Our Night Lockout runs from midnight to 9am, and during those hours COSMO and BLK MAZE rent for just $13 per hour. LEGACY, our largest room, runs $15 per hour overnight. That is a rate no other professional room in Los Angeles matches, and it exists for one reason: late-night hours should be the affordable way in for artists who work when the city sleeps.

Prefer to lock the whole night? The overnight block gives you nine hours, midnight to 9am, for $117 Monday through Wednesday, which pencils out to about $13 an hour for an entire night in the room. Thursday through Sunday the same nine-hour block is $144. Either way you get a private, professional space for the length of your session, with a three-hour minimum if you just need a couple of hours.
